Is there any requirement about the number of years that have passed since a second-hand goods dealer license was obtained?
No. You only need to have a second-hand goods dealer license.
How long is the term of contract?
The contract is automatically renewed every year.
Do you charge a premature cancellation fee?
After becoming a member, you don't need to pay a cancellation fee even if you cancel the contract before it expires.
