You can register them anytime for free, just by preparing a automobile inspection certificate and an image of each car.

You can also register cars with a certificate of inspection by AIS Inc., a company specialized in automobile inspections.

You can also offer cars registered in Aucnet Kyoyuzaiko at the Aucnet TV Auction that is held every Monday. (Inspection by AIS is required for offering a car at the TV Auction.)
